Just two fit junkies who are on a mission to save the world! No really, we weren't born this way, and we know the hard work that comes with starting and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Both of us have had to overcome health challenges to lose weight, get fit, and stay healthy. It wasn't always easy for us, and there was a time we both struggled.
